The staff were very accommodating. Great English speakers and always smiling.

The water drained very slowly from the shower. I was standing in ankle-deep water every time I took a shower. It was unpleasant

I liked that the hotel was near the station. The location was very convenient. i also appreciated the coin laundry facilities. the staff at the front desk were helpful with directions. the availability of vending machines for drinks and snacks on site was very convenient.

The standard single room included a safe, refrigerator and kettle. a usb charger and hair dryer were also provided in the room. Towels and amenities were well-stocked in the clean bathroom.

The hotel's location provided easy access to various points of interest. i found several convenience stores nearby. This made it easy to pick up necessities and snacks and the proximity to the subway was good.

convenient location delicious breakfast helpful staff

i found the location very convenient! it was close to the shinjuku area, yet situated in a quieter part, comfortable at night. breakfast was delicious and healthy, giving a good start to the day. the staff were accommodating and allowed me to hold my luggage before check-in.

The room was a bit small. It felt smaller than expected, especially with luggage.

an okay stay, some issues noticed

cramped room bathtub dip

the room felt quite cramped, barely enough space to move around. i didn't appreciate that the elevator stopped on the 2nd floor unnecessarily each time. also, the bathtub had a strange dip, i found it a potential tripping hazard, it was not comfortable.
